About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team of Allied Health staff to work with a diverse casleoad. Flexible hours are on offer, you can choose to work as a permanent staff member or contractor. 
Caseload includes:
- Women's Health
- Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
- NDIS
- Aged Care
- Home Packages


Key Responsibilities

• Provide client-centred assessments and evidence-based therapy.
• Deliver home and community-based sessions under NDIS and Home Care Packages.
• Clinic based appointments
• Lead small group exercise or rehab classes.
• Develop tailored treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Keep on top of client notes and be main contact between care teams & family members

Preferred Experience (Not Essential)

• Aged care or community-based rehabilitation
• Cardiopulmonary physiotherapy
• Women's health / pelvic health
• Exercise class or group therapy delivery

About You

• AHPRA registration is essential, no limited registration
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Strong communication skills
• Proven time management skills.
• Passion for helping clients live their best, most independent lives.
