About the role
Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals as a full-time Private Practice Physiotherapist in Mulgrave, 3170. As a key member of our growing physiotherapy practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and treatment plans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to make a meaningful impact within our supportive and collaborative work environment.
This role is Monday to Friday only, a rarity in private practice!
Other locations available are Hampton & Cheltenham.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation programs for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and the use of specialised equipment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as GPs and specialists, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through participation in team meetings, training, and professional development activities
• Pilates training (experience not necessary)

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a private practice or hospital setting
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in evidence-based physiotherapy practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
