About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Exercise Physiologist to join our client in their Mona Vale clinic.
As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised exercise programs and rehabilitation. This full-time or part time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs and develop tailored exercise programs
• Deliver one-on-one and group exercise sessions, providing guidance, motivation and support to clients
• Monitor client progress, adjust exercise plans as needed, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centred care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in exercise physiology and rehabilitation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and the overall growth of the business

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field
• Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as an Exercise Physiologist in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop effective, evidence-based exercise programs
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals
