About the role

Health Personnel Pty Ltd' is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate Aged Care physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, personalised care to clients within the community.
You'll be visiting clients in their own home so a vehicle is a necessity.
What you'll be doing

• Assess and treat clients with a range of physiotherapy needs, including musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and age-related mobility issues
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals
• Educate clients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and nurses, to provide coordinated care
• Maintain comprehensive client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development activities

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in a community or aged care setting
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of physiotherapy conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of your patients
• Flexibility to work within a changing healthcare environment and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and best practices
