About the role

Health Personnel Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Locum General  Radiographer to join a client based in the heart of Melbourne. Victoria.
This is a hospital based role, ASAP start for 6 weeks, potential to extend.

Monday to Friday only, no on call. 8.30am- 5pm
Paediatric experience is beneficial, however not essential.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a range of radiographic examinations. (General Radiographer)
• Ensuring the accurate and timely production of high-quality diagnostic images
• Providing exceptional patient care by guiding and positioning patients during procedures, addressing their needs, and ensuring their comfort and safety
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification
• MRI experience
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Radiographer
• Demonstrated experience in a similar locum or diagnostic imaging role, preferably within a healthcare setting
• Excellent technical skills in operating a range of radiographic equipment and imaging modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality patient care, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
