PIPEWORK FITTER

POSITION : Pipework Fitter

LOCATION : Hull 

SALARY AND BENEFITS : £20.25 ph + Site Rates £1.50 - £2.50 ph + bonus

• Monday-to-Friday schedule- 39.5 hours pw,  supporting work-life balance.

THE ROLE : Our client is an established and well respected business. They are expanding their pipework division, which includes welding and fitting. They are investing in a new pipework workshop and increasing their workforce, including the addition of more Welders and Fitters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install pipework specifications.
• Work closely with site teams and management to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations.
• Assist in the preparation and layout of pipework and equipment on-site.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure that all installations meet quality standards, codes, and industry regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments and method statements where required.
• Conduct inspections and checks to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :

• Proven experience in pipework fitting or a related field            
• Strong understanding of pipework systems, fittings, and installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
