About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to support the delivery and optimisation of our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta Ads. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to build their experience in performance marketing, analyse results, and contribute to acquisition growth.

• Planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Support audience targeting initiatives (remarketing, exclusions, lookalikes)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly performance summaries
• Work with senior team members on testing ideas to improve landing page conversion rates
• Coordinate creative refreshes and asset delivery with designers and copywriters
• Ensure campaign tracking is correctly implemented and maintained
• Stay current on digital advertising best practices and platform updates

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience supporting paid media campaigns (Google Ads and/or Meta Ads)
• Understanding of campaign metrics and performance optimisation fundamentals
• Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics or similar tools a plus
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in remote environments
• Familiarity with pixels, tagging, or basic tracking setups is advantageous

Bonus Points

• Experience in education, edtech, or consumer service marketing
• Exposure to channels like YouTube, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic
• Experience working with creatives or coordinating design/copy needs
• Interest in CRM and lifecycle marketing
