Role
The Admissions Manager role has a dual function: management and sales. Leading the way for your admissions team, you will also perform customer-facing activities, converting leads into enrolled students. Through coaching and mentoring, you will support your team in achieving KPIs, while positively contributing to the student experience.
 
Sales Responsibilities 

• Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective lead nurturing
• Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups to drive enrollments.
• Confidently present program information while promoting and selling products and services
• Establish positive relationships with customers to exceed pre-established sales goals.
• Identify customer goals through effective questioning and guide prospective students toward the program that best aligns with their needs.
• Nurture customers through to cohort commencement
• Consistently meet all key performance indicator

• Manage and coach a team of Course Advisors, ensuring KPIs are on track
• Ensure enrollment targets are achieved and cohort launches are successful.
• Ensure procedural, policy, and course administration requirements are met.
• Conduct and lead:
• Webinars alongside University Partners to drive engagement and conversion.
• Annual reviews with Course Advisors to assess achievements and set development plans.
• Fortnightly catch-ups with Course Advisors to discuss goals, performance, and strategy.
• Daily huddles to align team priorities and motivation.
• Performance meetings with Course Advisors to provide coaching and support.
• Participate in the hiring process including:
• Conducting final interviews with potential employees.
• Ensure collaboration with:
• Student Services Managers to maintain high enrollment quality.
• Marketing Managers to ensure lead quality and volume meet expectations.
• Operations Managers to ensure processes are being followed and continuously improved.
• Contribute insights on performance, lead conversion strategies, and operational improvements.

• You have experience in sales, student recruitment, or admissions, ideally within education, tech, or a fast-paced sales environment.
• You're a natural leader with experience coaching or managing a team — or you're ready to take that next step.
• You thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
• You’re confident speaking with customers, skilled at asking the right questions, and passionate about helping people take the next step in their career.
• You have excellent communication and organization skills, and you're comfortable using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot and managing pipelines.
