About the Role
Convert inbound leads to sales by:

• Ascertain the student's goals through tailored questioning, while guiding students into the best program for their needs
• Calling multiple potential students daily to convert into enrolled students
• Confidently present program information, promote and sell products/services
• Establish positive relationships with students to achieve or exceed pre-established sales goals
• Effectively interact with potential students through phone, text, and email
• Continuously improve through feedback through coaching sessions and weekly communications
• Meaningful contribution to creative selling opportunities, and insightful suggestions to further business to management.

Location: Work from home, must reside in Singapore 
Hours: Full time permanent Monday to Friday
  
Qualifications

• 6 months - 3 years sales experience with a focus on nurturing B2C leads
• Relationship developing experience, including but not limited to scheduling, interviewing, and client services
• High desire to help students achieve their professional goals
• Goal oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to self motivate and work independently
• Experience with Hubspot an advantage
