Obstetrician Gynecologist - Scenic Waterfront Region of Eastern Ontario (Two Positions)
Imagine providing essential care to women in a supportive hospital environment nestled in a vibrant community in Eastern Ontario. Aspira Talent, in affiliation with a well-regarded Ontario University, on behalf of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, seeks two dedicated Obstetricians-Gynecologists to join a collaborative team within the Women and Children’s Program, serving a county-wide population of 250,000.

Your Role: As an Obstetrician-Gynecologist appointed through an affiliation with a reputable Ontario university, your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive clinical services. The role will also involve opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research, with a requisite expertise in laparoscopic surgery. The team shares a one-in-four on-call commitment. Turnkey office space is available, with hospital resources including four delivery suites, an electronic health record (Cerner), and comprehensive digital diagnostic imaging.
What You Bring:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree.
- Certification (or eligibility for certification) in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Eligibility for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- US-trained physicians holding American Board Certification may be eligible for CPSO licensure without RCPSC.
