We require high quality Mortgage & Protection Advisers to work in partnership with one of the market leading, premier Estate Agency practices in the superb EBBSFLEET OFFICE due to continued expansion & growth at one of our most successful AR business partners.
Lead generation is key and this business is supremely pro-active and fully embraces the FS culture quality advisers require with high quality appointments being at the forefront of the business, generated exclusively by this market leading estate agency.
The earnings potential for a quality adviser is realistically in the region of £50,000-60,000 on a fantastic employed package, salary negotiable for the right candidate, however, there is a great self employed package available too.
You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation & training support available, not forgetting a fabulous administration team dealing with all case management.
You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years recent experience as a mortgage broker and be proficient in protection advice and recommendation too.
Administration, managerial and compliance support is provided along with state of the art IT and back office software.
