Position: Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders

Start: Immediate start with ongoing opportunities
Rate: $35.04 (TC) and $37+ (TL) per hour, including casual loading and allowances
Location: Coffs Harbour NSW

All WTTC Traffic Controllers and Teams Leaders must pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol test.

Team Leader skills required:

• White Card and unrestricted driver’s licence
• Current Traffic Controller, Implement Traffic Control Plans and Prepare a Work Zone Traffic Management Plan tickets
• Proven experience working on projects and roads of all sizes
• Experience in leading teams of Traffic Controllers and ensuring safe work practices
• Efficient and competent in the overall running of Traffic Control sites
• Competent in completing daily site safety paperwork and performing toolbox talks
• Ability to think on your feet and adjust when required with minimum disruption to work sites
• Professional approach to liaison with client site supervisors

Traffic Controller skills required:

• White Card and own transport
• Current Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control Plans tickets
• Proven experience in Traffic Control on projects and roads of all sizes
• Reliable team member and the ability to recognise that safety is paramount
• Ability to take direction well and have a can-do attitude and work ethic
• Some work away from home may be required from time to time. In this case, travel, accommodation and LAFHA is payable.
