The Opportunity
  
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level associate (4–7 years of experience) with U.S. capital markets expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents on:
  

• IPOs
• Follow-on public offerings
• Private placements
• Other securities offerings

  
Experience advising public companies on ’34 Act reporting, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $265,000 – $400,000 (dependent on location and experience)
• Discretionary performance bonus

Requirements
  

• 4–7 years of relevant U.S. capital markets experience
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting/negotiation skills
• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to sit/waive in)
