We are working with a highly regarded boutique employment practice that acts for senior executives in the banking, financial, and professional services sectors. The firm is now seeking a mid-level solicitor to join its team on a part-time basis (4 days per week), supporting its growing caseload of high-value disputes.
  
The Role:
  
You will advise senior executives, C-suite professionals, and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of contentious employment matters, including:

• Discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims
• Exit negotiations and severance packages
• Restrictive covenants and team moves
• Regulatory issues impacting senior staff in regulated industries
• Tribunal and High Court litigation  

The Ideal Candidate:

• UK-qualified solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE* in employment law
• Strong experience advising individuals in complex employment disputes, particularly in financial or professional services
• Comfortable managing high-value, high-stakes litigation
• Excellent client-handling skills and a commercially attuned mindset
• A confident communicator, able to provide strategic and pragmatic advice to senior clients
