The Opportunity
  
We are seeking a talented Commercial & Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join this thriving team. You’ll play a key role in managing complex disputes, working alongside Partners and taking on a hands-on position from day one. Ideal for someone looking for meaningful responsibility, court appearances, and a path toward greater leadership in a top-tier litigation environment.
Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
• Manage court appearances, including motion arguments, depositions, and settlement conferences.
• Strategize and execute discovery, including document production and depositions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Take initiative in managing matters and mentoring junior team members (as applicable).

• 3–8 years’ experience in commercial and/or real estate litigation.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Solid litigation experience at a Manhattan, Long Island, or Westchester-based firm.
• Strong familiarity with NYSCEF and PACER.
• Excellent knowledge of New York State and federal court practice.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Courtroom experience preferred (motions, hearings, depositions, etc.).
• A proactive mindset, professionalism, and commercial awareness.
