The Role:

You will work as part of a dynamic Real Estate Finance team advising lenders, borrowers, developers, and investors on a wide range of property finance transactions. The work will include:

Acting on secured lending transactions for major UK and international banks, alternative lenders, and borrowers.
Advising on investment and development finance across a range of asset classes including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hotels.
Supporting on complex real estate transactions involving debt structuring and refinancing.
Providing commercial and strategic advice to a broad and sophisticated client base.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with between NQ – 4 years' PQE.
Previous experience in real estate finance or a mix of real estate and banking/finance work gained at a well-regarded law firm.
Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance and wider property law principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to client service.
