An elite commercial litigation practice is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading team. What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage substantial commercial disputes from inception to resolution.
• Work closely with partners on litigation strategy, client relationship management, and advocacy.
• Take on significant responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to run your own matters and supervise junior lawyers.
• Contribute to the firm’s profile through business development, thought leadership, and strategic growth initiatives.

• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained at a leading litigation practice (UK or common law jurisdiction).
• Proven track record in complex High Court litigation and, ideally, international arbitration.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and commercial advisory skills.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative, collegiate approach.
