The role offers exposure to a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity mandates, including buyouts, co-investments, and joint ventures. The successful candidate will play an integral role advising a high-calibre client base across a variety of complex and high-value matters.
  
Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience advising on private equity M&A transactions at a prominent U.S. law firm
• Demonstrable experience leading deal work across the transaction lifecycle
