The Role
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level Real Estate Litigator to work on a broad range of high-quality contentious property matters. You will act for an impressive client base including high-net-worth individuals, private estates, property companies, investors, and developers. The successful candidate will join a friendly, collaborative team and take on a varied caseload with strong support and genuine progression prospects.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad spectrum of real estate disputes including:
• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes (lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture)
• Residential property disputes including enfranchisement and service charge issues
• Boundary disputes, rights of way, and nuisance claims
• Title, easement and covenant-related issues
• Development and vacant possession strategies
• Managing cases from inception through to resolution, including advocacy where appropriate
• Supporting partners on more complex or high-value matters
• Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team knowledge sharing
• Assisting with client relationship development and business development initiatives

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–6 years’ PQE in real estate litigation
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedures
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• A client-centric and commercial approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Experience of working within a similar City, West End or leading regional firm
