Overview:

We are currently working with a top-tier international law firm that is looking to expand its market-leading Corporate team in London with the addition of a talented Associate or Senior Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded teams in the City, with a focus on high-value, complex M&A and private equity transactions.
  

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of corporate transactional work, including advising major private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and corporates on domestic and cross-border deals. You’ll be working alongside respected partners and senior lawyers on headline-making matters, gaining exposure to clients and playing an integral role in deal execution and relationship development.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on a broad spectrum of M&A transactions – both public and private – and acting for high-profile private equity clients.
• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents including SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and investment documentation.
• Leading on or supporting complex, multi-jurisdictional deals with cross-border elements.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to the ongoing development of the firm’s corporate offering.
• Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as appropriate.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with 2–6+ years’ PQE gained at a leading UK, US, or international law firm.
• Solid experience advising on M&A and/or private equity transactions, with strong technical and drafting skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with experience handling client relationships.
