About Us
We are a specialist legal recruitment and support consultancy offering three core services: Legal Recruitment, Document Review, and Translation. Our primary focus lies in Legal Recruitment, with a significant presence in both the United Kingdom and United States markets.
Founded at the height of the pandemic, our journey began when we left the security of established careers in law and finance to pursue an entrepreneurial vision. Now five years on, our company continues to thrive. 2023 was a landmark year for us, fuelled by significant client expansion into the New York market.
Our current focus is on experienced Associate and Partner recruitment, with approximately 70% of our work now based in the U.S. and the remaining 30% in the U.K.
We are a boutique but dedicated team, holding law degrees and bringing professional experience from some of the world’s most prestigious banks and law firms. In 2025, we aim to take the next step in our growth journey by making two strategic hires—our first official team members. These hires are critical to our future, offering an opportunity to help shape the trajectory of the business.

Requirements - A minimum of 2.1 achieved at university.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- An excellent phone manner with strong confidence in communication.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Eloquent and professional in both written and verbal interactions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
- Target-driven, with a proven ability to work towards and achieve goals.
Preferred Qualifications - A background in law or an understanding of the legal industry is highly desirable. The legal field is intricate and nuanced, so familiarity with it will help you hit the ground running.
Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
6 month probation.
