The Opportunity As a Accounts Receivable Officer you will look after the invoicing for all works performed by the company, ensure payment is received and processed efficiently and within Company requirements, provide administrative support to the Operations team and external stake holders.
The role reports to the Shared Services Manager, and it is a full-time permanent role based at our Perth office overlooking the beautiful Elizabeth Quay.
Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for Accounts Receivable invoices in the Company accounting system, including data collation, accurate data entry, tracking invoices and reporting.
- Accountable for receiving payment for invoices charged to the client, including debt collection, cash receipts and bank reconciliation functions.
- Liaising with suppliers and reviewing invoice documentation
- Assist Project Manager with month end compliance
- Liaise with external stakeholders and provide advice and information on the Company’s accounts receivable policies and procedures.
Essential Experience: - Relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Accounting Software and / or SharePoint
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities.
- Experience with IFS ERP (desirable)
