This Opportunity  
As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the Subsea division in a project-based environment by delivering both strategic financial insights and hands-on financial management.

• Lead the month-end close for the Subsea business, ensuring accurate project accounting and timely financial reporting
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insights on project performance, profitability, and cost drivers
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to Subsea leadership, supporting decision-making across operations and projects
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing forward-looking insights on risks, opportunities, and business performance
• Ensure accurate recognition of project revenues and costs in line with accounting standards
• Prepare management reporting and analysis to support executive and business reviews
• Strengthen financial controls, improve processes, and support statutory reporting and audit requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members to deliver high-quality financial outcomes

This role is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Commerce Degree
• Qualified CA/CPA

Essential Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role with relevant accounting and project-based experience,
• Demonstrates superior numeracy skills
• Have a proven ability to be a team player and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong people management, leadership and communication skills
• Superior analytical, numeracy and document control ability including a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and be accountable to firm deadlines 
• Experience in working with integrated ERP systems for the capture and reporting of financial information
