About the role As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will join our supportive and friendly HR team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will partner with our Vessel Operations and Corporate divisions to deliver people-focused solutions, including talent management, workforce planning, employee support programs, and alignment of HR initiatives with business strategy.
This is a Full-Time, permanent position based at our Perth headquarters overlooking the beautiful Elizabeth Quay.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the provision of HR services to designated business units. This includes; managing support programs, partnering with the business on all aspects of HR, talent management, workforce planning and ensuring strategy alignment.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of best practice HR Policies and Procedures.
- Leadership of an effective HR Operations ‘end to end’ service culture.
- Development and implementation of proposals to drive Workforce Planning, and Performance Management practices.
- Provision of business partner services, focusing on people management, manager coaching and change process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our operational employees and management teams, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Prepare business cases and project management plans on behalf of the HR Group.
Qualifications - Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Essential Experience - Relevant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience creating HR processes and related procedures
- Demonstrable experience in leading HR related projects
- The ability to demonstrate initiative, plan effectively and be proactive in all facets of the role
- Excellent organisational, self-motivation and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
