About this Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented and natural problem-solver to join us as Personal Assistant within our Corporate team. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore Corporate office.
Reporting to Corporate Services Manager, you will provide administration support to the CEO, Senior Leadership team & Singapore Corporate office to streamline scheduling and manage communications. You will assist with general administration & all travel requirements as needed for the CEO and Senior Leaders.

Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome CEO’s visitors, clients and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide reception backup. Buy answering and directing incoming calls and emails efficiently & greeting guests when required
- Handle CEO & senior executive managers’ credit card receipts and claims, ensuring all expenses are recorded and submitted accurately and on time.
- Calendar Management for CEO & Senior Leaders
- Remind executive of deadlines, important tasks, and upcoming commitments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings as required
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for CEO and Senior leaders including flights, hotels, transportation and visas.
- Provide back up support for wider staff travel booking.
- Research and book cost-effective travel options.
- Provide assistance with travel-related issues such as cancellations, delays, or rebookings.
- Afterhours travel support as needed.
- Assist with planning and executing company events, conferences, meetings and team-building activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues and catering services to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist with event budgets, logistics and schedules.
- Oversee event setup, registration and post-event follow-up as required.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Office Management, or a related field.
- Relevant 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Customer Service experience
- Professional Certification in related role/field will be ideal (desirable)
