The role
The Project and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and administration of development projects, property refurbishments and the ongoing maintenance of facilities across our properties. The role works closely with the Senior Project Manager and Building & Facilities Manager to ensure efficient delivery of projects as well as building and facility operations. It also includes responsibilities in procurement, contractor liaison, interior design coordination, and administration to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
