About the role:
We are seeking a part-time (minimum 15 hours) Front Desk Extraordinaire—a dynamic and motivated person committed to providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role involves fostering a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offering vital information to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the candidate will resolve any guest concerns or disputes, escalating them to the appropriate management when necessary.
