About the role:
We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Extraordinaire—a dynamic and motivated person committed to providing exceptional customer service to our guests, who is available to work overnights. This role's primary focus is to create a friendly and cheerful atmosphere for all guests. This includes responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offering vital information to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, you will work with the team to resolve any guest concerns or disputes, escalating them to the appropriate management when necessary.
