About the role:

We are currently seeking a Commis Chef to join the team on a full-time or part time basis. The Commis Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure we create quality, meals across our food and beverage outlets. 

What you'll get to do:

• Utilise your culinary skills to help prepare and serve meals according to standard recipes and portion control guidelines sandwiches to a la cart service
• Work in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recipe files, following recipes precisely
• Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
• Maintaining service area to food safety standards

• Completion of Certificate IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant experience
• Completion of a supervisory course or equivalent relevant experience.
• Food Safety  certification with a Registered Training Provider
• Excellent communication skills
