About the role:
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team on a Casual basis. The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for ensuring the outlet runs smoothly by assisting wherever required. This position gets to interact with people regularly, so a friendly positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are paramount.
What you'll get to do:
Preparing/serving of coffee, food and drinks
Taking orders and operating a point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine
Cafe cleaning duties including cleaning coffee machines and equipment
Refilling drink fridges and snacks
Maintaining service area to food safety standards
Support of the Front Desk / Cafe Team when required
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in and F&B outlet within a fast paced, establishment (min 2 years)
High volume experience being able to work on multiple orders at once
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Excellent attention to detail and confidence to adhere to policy and procedure
Exceptional presentation and grooming
Flexible availability 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays
