About the role:
We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Extraordinaire—a dynamic and motivated person committed to providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This roles primary focus is to create a friendly and cheerful atmosphere for all guests. This includes; responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offering vital information to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, you will work with the team to resolve any guest concerns or disputes, escalating them to the appropriate management when necessary.
What are we looking for:
Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service in an accommodation setting
Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
