About the role:

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team on a part-time basis. The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for ensuring the Café/Bar runs smoothly by assisting wherever required. Café All Rounders interact with people regularly, so a friendly positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are paramount.

What your duties will look like:

• Preparing/serving of coffee, food and drinks including taking orders.
• Operating a point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine plus cash handling.
• Café cleaning duties including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
• Refilling drink fridges and snacks.
• Maintaining service area to food safety standards
• Support of the Café/Bar Team with a “can do” attitude

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience as a barista within a fast paced establishment (min 2 years)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Exceptional presentation and grooming
• Flexible availability 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays
