About the role

We are currently seeking Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and provide high-quality food and beverage customer service experience.  This role will be primarily supervising and delivering outstanding service in the property.

What your duties will look like?

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations in the Cafe, Bar and Group Catering
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Attendants
• Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery.
• Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
• Stock control and ordering.  

What are we looking for?

• Have an absolute “can do” attitude. 
• Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
• Ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products. 
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
