Seeking an experienced & proactive HR Business Partner to join our team, working with a diverse portfolio of regional properties across Australia.

About the Role:
As the People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across our regional properties to deliver effective HR strategies that align with our organisational goals. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and implement people-focused solutions will be critical to your success. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on support, offering variety and challenge in equal measure. YHA is a profit-for-purpose organisation in a period of change and diversification. Your ability to support property leaders in all things people and culture will be highly valued.
