About the role:
We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Extraordinaire—a dynamic and motivated person committed to providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role involves fostering a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offering vital information to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the candidate will resolve any guest concerns or disputes, escalating them to the appropriate management when necessary.
What are we looking for: - Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service in an accommodation setting.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
