North Coast Church is searching for a Campus Pastor for their Carlsbad, California Campus. The Pastor is responsible for providing spiritual direction and pastoral care to the Carlsbad staff and congregation, as well as overseeing operations. The leader in this role reports to the Executive Pastor/CFO and will be provided freedom and trust, while benefiting from the assistance of a large support team positioned to serve each campus.
