This well-established specialist Family Law firm has built an exceptional reputation for delivering practical, strategic and compassionate advice to its clients. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate with 2–8 years' post-admission experience to join its collaborative and high-performing team.

You will manage your own files while receiving ongoing support and mentoring from senior practitioners and experienced legal support staff. The firm is committed to professional development and offers a clear pathway for career advancement.

The Role You will work across a broad range of Family Law matters, including:

• Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
• Managing matters from commencement through to resolution
• Drafting court documents and preparing court materials
• Appearing in Court and attending mediations
• Briefing Counsel and liaising with external parties
• Maintaining regular communication with clients
• Managing billing and file administration in accordance with firm procedures
• Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment

About You To be successful, you will possess:

• 2–8 years' post-admission experience in Family Law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence appearing in Court and at mediations
• A genuine desire to continue developing your Family Law expertise
