Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role
Working closely with experienced Family Lawyers, you will play a key role in supporting the team across a diverse range of family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and drafting court documents, correspondence and legal documentation
• Managing files from commencement through to completion
• Liaising with clients, barristers, experts and the Family Court
• Preparing briefs to counsel
• Drafting affidavits, financial statements and consent orders
• Coordinating mediations, conferences and court appearances
• Conducting legal research and property searches
• Preparing disclosure documents and court bundles
• Diary and deadline management
• File management and electronic filing
• Monthly billing 
• General administrative and paralegal support as required

About You To be successful in this role you will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant within family law
• Sound knowledge of Family Court procedures and processes
• Experience preparing family law documentation
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach
