Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Hamilton, ON 
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually
Work Environment: On-site, no remote option

Overview: An opportunity for an experienced Engineering Supervisor with a background in electrical engineering and leadership within a utility or industrial setting. This role focuses on overseeing engineering operations, leading project execution, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop engineering teams with a focus on safety, quality, and performance
• Manage projects from design through commissioning, including budgeting and scheduling
• Oversee system design improvements, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and contractors to deliver efficient project outcomes
• Prepare technical documentation such as work orders, schematics, and materials lists
• Implement and enhance utility databases and monitoring systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years in engineering with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• EIT or P.Eng designation required
• Experience with design standards, commissioning, and utility infrastructure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with GIS, SCADA, and related tech systems
