Job Title: Millwright (433A, Injection Molding)
Location: North York, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $38–$40/hour
Work Environment: On-site, no remote option

Overview: We’re seeking a licensed Millwright (433A) with strong experience in injection molding to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plastic extrusion and injection molding machinery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair injection molding machines 
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems
• Conduct preventative and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime
• Use CMMS systems and logbooks for tracking maintenance activities
• Support inventory management and health & safety initiatives

• 433A Millwright license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on injection molding
• Hands-on mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation abilities
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with maintenance tracking tools
