About the Role:

Our Administration Manager role provides a unique opportunity to lead and support a dynamic team of Client Care Coordinators that plays a crucial role in delivering seamless allied health services. You’ll oversee the coordination of key administrative processes, manage workflow efficiencies, and contribute to the delivery of optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership and overseeing the administration team to ensure optimal daily operations and a smooth patient journey.
• Ensuring adherence to key administrative processes and guidelines across the business.
• Management and coordination of rostering.
• Supporting intake management, debtor reviews, and financial planning alongside the Operations Manager.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and team meetings.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of administration staff.
• Handling dispute resolution with referrers, third parties, and NDIS-related matters.
• Contributing to and implementing key business projects, policies, and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications, Attributes & Experience:

• Office / administration management experience.
• Exposure to Allied or Community Health Industry.
• Experience with general business functions and varying software systems.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to challenges and openness to change.
• Proficient in relationship building with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
