We’re now seeking a warm, organised and proactive Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator to support our clinical team and ensure every client receives outstanding service from their very first contact with us. 
 
About the Role 
As the Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of TRS - coordinating daily administrative operations, scheduling appointments based on zones, appointment type & clinician availability, assisting clinicians, and supporting smooth client experiences. 
 
Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Managing phone and email enquiries from patients, referrers and stakeholders. 
• Providing efficient administrative support including scheduling appointments, documentation, and compliance management. 
• Assisting with reporting, data entry, and database management (Gensolve). 
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional client environment. 
• Supporting the Systems Manager and Administration Manager as required. 

About You 
You’re an energetic and reliable team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy making a positive difference in people’s day. 
You’ll also bring: 

• A minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in customer service (health/allied health experience highly regarded). 
• Confidence in answering phones and providing a high level of customer service via phone and email interactions. 
• Experience in scheduling highly regarded. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems (Gensolve experience desirable). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach. 
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. 
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
