ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Exercise Physiologist who:

• Is passionate about building genuine relationships with patients and delivering holistic, person-centred care.
• Enjoys the variety that comes with community work—no two days are the same, with different patients, homes and goals.
• Values the flexibility to manage their own schedule while achieving meaningful outcomes for patients and developing their clinical interests.
• Thrives working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and enjoys achieving great outcomes together.
• Is motivated to grow their career and help raise the standard of community care.

You’ll work across a diverse community caseload including:

• NDIS
• Support at Home (formerly HCP)
• DVA
• Private Health
• Workcover

Please note: This role requires 1 day per week of travel to Gympie.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology.
• Current accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia.
• Professional indemnity insurance.
• A minimum of two years' experience (preferred).
• Community or NDIS experience (highly regarded but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine, people-focused approach.

You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):

• A current Australian driver's licence.
• A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
