About the Role
As our Administration Manager, you will lead and support a team of Client Care Coordinators who are central to delivering a seamless and compassionate patient journey.
You’ll be responsible for people leadership first and foremost — building a capable, engaged, and accountable team — while also overseeing the systems, processes, and workflows that support our growing community care services.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping team culture, strengthening performance, and ensuring operational excellence across the administration function.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire the administration team to perform at their best
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching, and development planning
- Build capability through structured onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive, accountable, and values-aligned team culture
- Manage recruitment, workforce planning, and succession within the admin team
Operational & Administrative Oversight - Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Manage rostering and workforce coordination
- Ensure compliance with administrative systems, policies, and best practice guidelines
- Support intake processes, debtor reviews, and financial planning in partnership with the Operations Manager
- Handle escalations and dispute resolution with referrers, third parties, and NDIS-related matters
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and policy development
About You You are a confident people leader who enjoys developing teams and creating structure in dynamic environments. You bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams in an administration or office management role
- Strong capability in performance management, coaching, and staff development
- Experience in Allied Health or Community Health (highly regarded)
- Confidence working across multiple systems and platforms (Gensolve experience desirable)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead through change
