About the Role
This is a unique leadership opportunity to oversee and support our dedicated team of Client Care Coordinators, who play a vital role in delivering seamless allied health services.
As Administration Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our administrative operations — driving efficiency, supporting people, and ensuring an exceptional patient journey from start to finish. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to streamline processes, strengthen team performance, and help shape the future of our community care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and inspire the administration team to deliver smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with key administrative processes and best practice guidelines
- Oversee rostering and workforce coordination
- Support intake management, debtor reviews, and financial planning alongside the Operations Manager
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and team meetings
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of administration staff
- Handle dispute resolution with referrers, third parties, and NDIS-related matters
- Contribute to business projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You - Proven experience in office or administration management
- Exposure to the Allied Health or Community Health sector (highly regarded)
- Confidence working across business systems and software platforms (Gensolve experience highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- An analytical, solutions-focused mindset
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
