Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst - White Labelling

Location: Hybrid - Toronto, ON 

Employment Type: Contract (6-12 months + potential extensions)

Compensation Range: $75-85/hour

About the Role:
OpenTrust Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead a pivotal white-labeling initiative for a key financial institution. This is a highly visible and impactful role, where you will play a critical part in standardizing and optimizing white-label templates for partner onboarding while minimizing development complexities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in payments and codeless configuration, with aspirations toward business architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical assessments to identify similarities among partners and streamline white-label template configurations.
• Develop solutions for seamless partner onboarding with minimal development intervention.
• Collaborate with design and architecture teams to ensure scalable and standardized white-label payment solutions.
• Monitor and track various types of payment transactions to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
• Participate in design and architecture meetings, providing thought leadership on white-label payment solutions.
• Engage directly with senior leadership and stakeholders to manage high-visibility project deliverables and timelines.
• Challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative solutions during project discussions.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within the payments industry.
• Strong analytical expertise with the ability to review data and standardize templates for partner configurations.
• Proven experience with global money movement, including SWIFT, wires, EFT, and other payment channels.
• Extensive AML compliance knowledge, including tracking and monitoring payment transactions.
• Experience in white-label payment systems or solutions.
• Familiarity with design and architecture processes in complex system environments.
• Aspirations to advance into a Business Architect role or current experience as a Business Architect is a strong asset.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking constructively.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with senior enterprise-level visibility.
• Experience in Canadian payments systems is highly preferred.
